About Us

Karen qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 from the University of the West of England.  She has worked in the NHS for over 18 years, in both Southampton and Bristol, gaining extensive experience in assessing and treating a wide range of health conditions. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, rehabilitation and in the community. She has specialised in stroke and rehabilitation for over 10 years. Karen has a passion for enabling clients to achieve their goals, improve function and increase their activity levels.

Karen is a member of both the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN). She is registered with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).

Jane has been working as a physiotherapist for 16 years following graduation from Cardiff university. On qualifying, Jane worked overseas in West Africa for a sports charity and then returned back to the UK and settled in Bristol and North Somerset, working in the NHS.

Jane has extensive experience in rehabilitation, treating clients in intensive care, ward-based, community hospital and their home. She has a specialist interest in Cancer Rehabilitation as well as a wide experience in all areas of rehabilitation. She also works as an aquatic therapist for Physio Waves. She is trained in Pilates by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and has a Pinc certification from Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabiliation.

Jane is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapist (MCSP)and Association of Chartered Physiotherapist in Oncology and Palliative Care (ACPOPC). She is registered with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).
